- Request For Proposals Experience Audit Gap Analysis And Opportunity Assessment
The commission will establish a practical evidence base for experience development across North East England and inform Experience North East England’s Experience Development Programme. It will also support the new regional visitor-facing brand and website by identifying experiences that are currently bookable, market-ready or campaign-ready, together with near-market opportunities that could be strengthened through targeted intervention.
The commission should go beyond a simple audit of attractions. It should identify current and emerging visitor experiences, assess their commercial and digital maturity, understand where they are located, identify gaps in the offer, and recommend where future experience development investment should be targeted.
