Ladies Day Style Awards returns with record-breaking line up of prizes worth more than £11,000
The countdown is on for one of the North East’s most anticipated social occasions as Say When Ladies Day returns to Gosforth Park on Saturday 25th July, bringing together thrilling racing action, live entertainment and racegoers dressed to impress.
Following its resounding success last year, the Style Awards will make a grand return, celebrating glamour, individuality and standout race day fashion.
The competition will this year feature a record-breaking line up of prizes worth more than £11,000, with the best dressed guests set to take home an incredible selection of prizes including luxury getaways, spa breaks, shopping vouchers and beauty treatments from some of the region’s leading brands.
This year’s first-prize winner will take home a showstopping prize package including a signed Newcastle United shirt and hospitality package, a £1,000 Dawson & Sanderson holiday voucher, a spa day for two at Seaham Hall, a diamond necklace and earring set, alongside a host of additional packages and experiences, with prizes also being awarded to the top 10 finalists.
Throughout the day, spotters from Tyne Tees Models Management will be scouting the crowd to select the best dressed guests, with those keen to enter encouraged to visit the Grandstand Hall to have their picture taken.
Winners will be notified prior to the final judging which will be held in the Parade Ring at 3:30pm, where the overall 2026 Style Competition winner will be announced shortly after.

This year’s race day fashion is all about timeless elegance with a modern twist. Bruce won over the judges at the 2025 Style Awards wearing a timeless yet fashion-forward custom forest green Moss Bros jacket with ‘designed by Bruce Dickens’ embroidered to the silk inside, paired with deep maroon and brown accessories.
