Nexus

Nexus provides, plans and promotes public transport to improve the economic prosperity of North East England and the daily lives of its people. There are few people living in Tyne and Wear whose daily lives are not touched in some way by Nexus. It might be getting visitors to work on the Metro, a trip to the market on the Shields Ferry or taking the children to school on the bus. Whatever visitors' journey, Nexus works to create better transport networks to improve the quality of life and fortunes of everyone in Nexus's region.
