About

Hotel Gotham

Hotel Gotham is imagined as a luxurious escape an opulent hotel featuring an exclusive club bar and an exceptional dining venue. The hotel offers guests a fully immersive, multisensory experience that’s indulgent, stylish, and above all, fun. Located on Pilgrim Street, the site of Hotel Gotham carries a rich heritage. The Grade II listed building, originally home to the city’s fire station, police station, and magistrates’ court, was designed by Cackett, Burns, Dick & Mackellar and constructed between 1931 and 1933. Hotel Gotham has always been intended to make a statement. With its bold, theatrical flair and unmistakable character, Gotham is far from ordinary. Designed to captivate and surprise, it is a destination where luxury, location, and legacy converge. Gotham embraces the belief that style should never come at the expense of substance—and that compromise is overrated. From its inception, the hotel was envisioned as something truly special. In the words of Foo Foo Lammar: “If visitors’re a star, why not twinkle.”
